Today has been such a long day. I’m not even really sure why since I haven’t really done anything to day. I’ve been taking pictures like crazy today. I’ve also uploaded a ton of pictures to Flickr today. Today was such a beautiful day that we swam most of today. We were going to go back out later after we ate but it starting raining. The rain came out of nowhere because not even five minutes earlier I took a shot of the clouds and posted it on Flickr. It’s crazy how quickly the weather can change. I am only going to post a couple of pictures from today but you can find the rest at my Flickr which I have linked above. :]

Birthday!

My birthday isn't until this Saturday but Bryan let me have my cake today. We are going to my parents' house for my birthday and my mom is going to make me a cake. Bryan wanted to get me a cake from him so he went out and bought one for me today. Every time my birthday rolled around and I had a cake it was always a square cake. I've never had a round cake and I've always wanted one. Bryan remembers everything I tell him because when I woke up he had brought home a round cake. Let me tell you...IT WAS YUMMY! :) I'm not going to post every picture I took but I will link my Flickr so you can see the rest of them if you like. Enjoy.

Rainbow In The Sky

I can't believe that it is already July. I know I say this every time a new month starts but I have to say it again. This year is just flying by so quickly. I wish it would slow down just a tad. My birthday is in ten days. I will be twenty two years old. I know it's not old but I sure do feel old, haha. On another note, it rained a few days ago. Bryan pointed out a rainbow to me and the only part I saw was the end of the rainbow. Then I saw both ends of the rainbow. I was excited since I've never seen both ends at the same time. The further we went down the road the more the rainbow I could see. Finally I was able to see the entire rainbow. That was the very first time I had ever seen an entire rainbow. I know it probably seems silly to get so excited over seeing a rainbow but I was, haha. Anyways, I managed to get a few pictures of the rainbow before it disappeared. It was my first time trying to capture a rainbow. I only have a point and shoot so it's not the best picture every but I like it. These two pictures were the best I could get. Enjoy. :)

It's Hard

If you have been reading my blog lately(not much to read though) then you will know that I started work last week. I haven’t worked a full day this week except for today. I got one of my jaw teeth pulled Tuesday afternoon so I only worked until twelve. It took them and hour and a half to pull that one tooth. It took twelve shots for it to numb and even then it didn’t numb all of the way. I couldn’t sit there any longer so I just let him pull the tooth even though I could still feel the pain. The pulling wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. But, it is definitely hurting now. My face is still a little swollen and my gums and jaw bone are extremely sensitive and bruised. I have a bruise on the inside of my mouth on the far back and hole my mouth from where the tooth was pulled. I hope I never have to get another tooth pulled in my life. The pain is horrible. What makes it even worse is that I work twelve hours a day and I am not able to take the pain medicine they prescribed me because it makes me sick to my stomach and sleepy. So, I’m having to take Advil or something along those lines to keep the pain to a minimum for a few hours and the pop some more. I haven’t had much to eat the past three days. I can’t really eat that much. I can’t wait for my mouth to heal so I can’t eat like I used to and not worry about it hurting. In other news, Bryan bought me two hermit crabs yesterday as an early birthday present. I have yet to take pictures but I will soon. I’ve just been so crazy busy lately that I haven’t really had a chance to do much of anything. Bryan asked me what I wanted for my birthday besides those hermit crabs and I replied like I usually do when asked a question like that. I don’t know. I don’t care. He asked if I would like all of The Sims 2 expansion packs and stuff packs. I said of course. We’ve gotten all but two of the stuff packs I think. We are working of the expansion packs now. (WOW! My medicine is starting to kick in now. I’m a little woozy and everything is a little blurry.) In other sad news, our dog died today. Butch was six years old(in human years). We aren’t really sure what was wrong with him but Bryan thinks he may have had heart worms. A few days ago he started moping around a lot and wouldn’t eat and every time he drank water he would throw it up along with blood. Bryan told me today when I came home for lunch that I better say my goodbyes to him because he didn’t think he last much longer. I got through eating lunch and was going out back to say goodbye and I couldn’t even do that because he had already died in the thirty minutes that we were inside. I cried like a baby. I had to quickly stop the crying and dry up the tears because I was headed back to work. I’m actually tearing up right now. It’s always so hard to lose a pet. Well, this medicine is making me sleepy so I’m going to head out for now. I just wanted to update everyone on what has been going on lately.

What Happened?

When the Vox Team debuted the new theme designs not too long ago the theme with the little ducks/chicks/whatever caught my eye. I had to use it. I switched to it and I used for a while. I come back to check my Vox today and I was using a completely different theme that I hadn't changed to. I looked all over the design area of Vox and couldn't find the theme anywhere. Does anyone know what happened to it? I really liked that theme. It was definitely one of my favorites and I would love to have it back. Or, am I just missing it somehow?!

Not Around Lately

I started work this past Tuesday. Twelve hour days seven days a week. Possibly only six days a week. It rained Thursday night so no one was able to cut Friday so I stayed for two hours and came home. I didn’t have to work today and I won’t be working tomorrow. I get to sleep in which is going to be extremely nice. Working twelve hours a day doesn’t really leave me much time for the internet because as soon as I get home I want to pass out. I’ve been trying to keep up with all of the blogs I follow and check in on the message boards. The one thing I keep forgetting to do is come here and write. I’m surprised I’m here right now writing about things no one really cares about, haha. I just wanted to do a quick post about what was up and why you may not see me too much from now on. On to other things, I bought a new purse last night from Target. I couldn’t find a picture of it on the internet to show you guys but it’s so cute. I love it. I also bought The Sims 2 Double Deluxe and Glamour Life Stuff the other day. I haven’t really had the chance to play it much. I will be doing a lot of playing tonight and tomorrow since I am off work. Oh, I received my Pouchee today. It’s so cute and it fits perfectly in my purse. I will have to take a picture of it later and post it to Flickr.
